Students who are eligible for the clearance must be cleared from all the departments according to the Clearance Form. The Fee for Final Transcript is Rs-1000/- in favor of Rawalpindi Women University. The students must be submitted the following documents with the Final Transcript Form otherwise the Final Transcript will not be issued:

• Attested Copy of Matric Result Card and Certificate
• Attested Copy of Intermediate Result Card and Certificate
• Attested Copy of B.A/B.Sc./ADP/ ADS Result Card and Degree (For Lateral Entry Students)
• Attested Copy of CNIC
• Copy of Student Registration Card
• Original Departmental Copy of Paid Transcript Fee
• In case the student is not accessible for the collection of Final Transcript from the university, only blood relations (Father, Mother & Siblings) will authorized for receiving of Final Transcript along with the affidavit/E-Stamp, Original CNIC, Original Previous all Academic Record of the student and CNIC copy of authorized person.
