Dr. Raza Ullah, Chairperson of the Department of Sociology at Rawalpindi Women University, had the honor of representing the university at the 2nd International Conference on Social Work and Social Research, held on 23rd and 24th May 2025 at Azerbaijan University.

At the conference, Dr. Raza Ullah presented his research paper titled “Barriers to Women’s Access to Social Protection Programs in Pakistan.” His presentation highlighted the major obstacles women face in accessing social protection services, and he provided data-driven insights and policy suggestions aimed at making these programs more inclusive and effective.

In addition to delivering his paper, Dr. Raza Ullah also chaired one of the academic sessions, guiding meaningful discussions on pressing social issues and collaborating with scholars and researchers from around the world.
