Rawalpindi Women University proudly announces the participation of Dr. Lubna Rasheed, Associate Professor of Chemistry, in the prestigious National Faculty Development Program (NFDP) Tier-II, organized by HEC Pakistan through the National Academy of Higher Education (NAHE) in Islamabad from April 21 to May 2, 2025.

Dr. Rasheed was among 23 distinguished faculty members selected from top universities across Pakistan. The program focused on enhancing academic leadership, research excellence, teaching innovation, and administrative competencies. It included expert-led modules on Research, Virtual Learning, Student Development, and Financial Management.

Representing RWU with distinction, Dr. Rasheed also delivered the final program briefing on behalf of all trainees, a testament to her leadership and professional excellence.
