Balochistan Education Endowment Fund (BEEF) Scholarship

Overview
The Balochistan Education Endowment Fund (BEEF) Scholarship is a merit-cum-need based financial assistance programme established by the Government of Balochistan to support talented and deserving students belonging to Balochistan. At Rawalpindi Women University, eligible students holding a domicile of Balochistan may apply for the BEEF Scholarship whenever applications are invited. The Directorate of Student Affairs facilitates the application process in accordance with the guidelines issued by BEEF.
Scholarship Benefits
  1. Financial assistance to support tuition and other educational expenses.
  2. Available for eligible undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate students, subject to the applicable BEEF scheme.
  3. Awarded on the basis of academic merit and financial need.
  4. Scholarship amount is determined according to the BEEF Scholarship Policy.
  5. Continued support is subject to satisfactory academic performance and compliance with BEEF regulations.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must fulfill the following criteria:
  1. Must possess a valid domicile/local certificate of Balochistan.
  2. Must be enrolled as a regular full-time student at Rawalpindi Women University.
  3. Must have secured at least 60% marks in the previous annual examination or a minimum CGPA of 3.00 (where applicable).
  4. Must maintain at least 75% attendance during the academic session.
  5. Must not be receiving any other educational scholarship during the same academic year.
  6. Must provide complete and authentic information along with the required supporting documents.
  7. Final eligibility shall be determined in accordance with the latest BEEF Scholarship Policy.
Required Documents
Applicants may be required to submit the following documents:
  1. BEEF Scholarship Application Form.
  2. Applicant’s CNIC/B-Form.
  3. Student Identity Card.
  4. Domicile Certificate of Balochistan.
  5. Latest Result Card/Transcript.
  6. University Bonafide/Enrolment Certificate.
  7. Current Semester Fee Challan/Receipt.
  8. Recent Passport-size Photograph.
  9. Parent/Guardian’s CNIC.
  10. Income Certificate or Salary Slip (if applicable).
How to Apply?
  1. The Directorate of Student Affairs announces the BEEF Scholarship whenever applications are invited.
  2. Eligible students obtain and complete the prescribed BEEF Scholarship Application Form.
  3. Attach all required supporting documents.
  4. Submit the complete application to the Directorate of Student Affairs within the announced deadline.
  5. Applications are scrutinized and forwarded to the concerned authorities for further processing in accordance with the BEEF Scholarship Policy.
