The Punjab Educational Endowment Fund (PEEF) Master’s Level Scholarship Programme is a merit-cum-need based initiative of the Government of Punjab that provides financial assistance to talented and deserving students pursuing Master’s level education at partner public sector universities. Rawalpindi Women University facilitates eligible students in applying for the scholarship in accordance with the guidelines issued by PEEF.
Scholarship Benefits
Financial assistance to support tuition fee and educational expenses.
Available for eligible students enrolled in Master’s level degree programmes.
Awarded on the basis of academic merit and financial need.
Scholarship is provided in accordance with the prevailing PEEF policy.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must fulfill the following criteria:
Must possess a valid Punjab Domicile.
Must have secured at least 60% marks or a minimum CGPA of 2.5 in the qualifying graduation examination (2023–24, 2024–25 or 2025–26 sessions).
Must be enrolled as a full-time student in the current academic year (2025–26) at Rawalpindi Women University.
Students enrolled in Fall/Spring and Morning/Afternoon/Evening sessions (where applicable) are eligible.
Parent(s)/Guardian’s monthly income from all sources must not exceed PKR 60,000.
Must not be receiving any other educational scholarship during the current academic year.
Applicants must also fulfill the merit and need criteria prescribed by PEEF.

Applicant’s CNIC.
Punjab Domicile Certificate.
Graduation Degree/Transcript.
University Enrollment/Bonafide Certificate.
Parent/Guardian’s CNIC.
Income Affidavit/Income Certificate.
Current Semester Fee Challan.
Recent Passport-size Photograph.
Any additional documents required under the latest PEEF policy.
Important Instructions
Students who already possess an MA, MSc, MS, M.Phil. or equivalent degree are not eligible.
Applications must be submitted through the Financial Aid Office/Directorate of Student Affairs of the University.
Applications submitted directly to PEEF will not be entertained.
Incomplete or incorrect applications may be rejected.
How to Apply?
Download the PEEF Master’s Level Scholarship Application Form from the official PEEF website or obtain it from the Directorate of Student Affairs.
Complete the application form and attach all required supporting documents.
Submit the application to the Directorate of Student Affairs/Financial Aid Office within the announced deadline.
Applications are scrutinized by the University and forwarded to PEEF for further processing.
