The Punjab Educational Endowment Fund (PEEF) Scholarship is a merit-cum-need based financial assistance programme established by the Government of Punjab to support talented and deserving students in pursuing higher education. The scholarship aims to provide equal educational opportunities to academically outstanding students from low-income families.
At Rawalpindi Women University, eligible students are considered for the PEEF Scholarship based on their Intermediate (HSSC Part-II) examination results and the eligibility criteria prescribed by PEEF.
Scholarship Benefits

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must fulfill the following criteria:
Must be enrolled as a regular full-time undergraduate (BS) student at any public sector institute.
Must have passed the Intermediate (HSSC Part-II) Annual Examination conducted by a Punjab Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) or the Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE).
Must have secured the minimum merit prescribed by PEEF.
Parent(s)/Guardian’s monthly income from all sources must not exceed PKR 60,000.
Must possess a domicile of Punjab.
Must not be receiving any other educational scholarship during the current academic year.
Must have obtained admission in the same academic year in which the qualifying examination was passed.

Applicant’s CNIC/B-Form.
Father/Guardian’s CNIC.
Domicile Certificate.
Intermediate (HSSC Part-II) Result Card/Certificate.
University Admission Letter or Enrollment Certificate.
Current Semester Fee Challan/Receipt.
Recent Passport-size Photograph.
Income Certificate/Salary Slip or Affidavit (where applicable).
Latest Electricity Bill.
Supporting documents for Special Quota (if applicable), such as:
Orphan Certificate
Disability Certificate
Death Certificate (Martyr Case)
Divorce Certificate
Any other document required under the latest PEEF policy.
How to Apply?
The Directorate of Student Affairs announces the PEEF Scholarship whenever applications are invited.
Eligible students are informed through the University’s official website and notice boards.
Students complete the prescribed application form and attach all required documents.
Applications are submitted to the Directorate of Student Affairs within the announced deadline.
The applications are scrutinized and forwarded to PEEF for further processing in accordance with the prescribed policy.
